How to pronounce Gorjan
Wondering how to pronounce Gorjan? Think about a more familiar name – Dorian. Replace the “D” with a “G” and you’ve got it e.g. Dorian…Gorian, or Goryan. Simple stuff.
Background
I am a Macedonian that has made Auckland, New Zealand home. I arrived in New Zealand a decade ago (on one of those sky ships), while a goat was being cooked for dinner. If you have seen the movie “Titanic”, it was nothing like it.
Wondering where Macedonia is, and which language is spoken there? Macedonia used to be a part of Yugoslavia which ceased to exist in its original shape and form in the 1990s. It is located in South-East Europe, bordering Serbia (North), Bulgaria (East), Greece (South), and Albania (West). The spoken language of Macedonia is Macedonian.
Kudos for reading all this by the way – you are awesome. You will be tested in a week.
